Michael Bird linked to Danny Burk’s Greek New Testament in One Year reading schedule on his blog. I think I’ll give it a go. Those who can’t read Greek can follow this schedule with their English Bibles. Burk leaves several catch up days at the end of each month, which is essential human nature being what it is. I’ve already read most of Matthew and all of Mark in Greek so I’m good until I get the Luke, who is the hardest author for beginning Greek students to understand. This gives me until mid-March to dramatically improve my reading skills. If I’m going to be a New Testament scholar I better be able to get this done.
