There is an overwhelming amount of good Christian content on the internet. One thing I can do through this blog is pass on the best of what I come across (hopefully seminary has taught me some discernment). The talk above is the best critique I’ve heard on the popular grace message today. Barnes hits all of my major concerns about this movement, primarily that grace replaces Jesus as the center of Christianity, we lose many of our God given means of growth as Christians, and everyone becomes legalists.

Even if you love Tullian Tchividjian’s stuff this is a helpful talk. A major principle in life is that we learn more by listening to people we disagree with than we do from people who think like us.
